Office Administrator

We are looking for an organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Office Administrator within this busy four-star inn.

The right candidate will have strong organisational skills, be flexible and be a great communicator. You’ll need to have proven I.T. skills and, all though previous administrative experience is advantageous, it is not essential.

This is a flexible role, with up to 30 hours over 5 days to suit the right candidate.

Main duties will include:-

· Answering telephone and email enquiries
· Organising functions and diaries
· Meeting with clients and taking bookings
· Managing social media accounts and website
· Assisting with weekly payroll
· General office duties including filing, scanning and printing
